Retail chain has become a connection bridge between consumers and manufacturers. According to the China Chain Store&Franchise Association’s recent survey shows that Retail Chain in China will maintain stable growth momentum.With total retail sales of social consumer goods contributed to the GDP growing at the same time, retailers and manufacturers keep coming, not between the distributors and the news. In order to maintain its core supermarket price advantage, short squeeze manufacturers, distributors’profit margins;Supermarket chains in the current system, members of the various problems in the system for their own interests more than the allocation, which resulted the frequent occurrence of internal friction. This not only severely reduced customer satisfaction, and then lost their market position, more crucially, it has seriously hampered the rapid development of supermarket chains, and supermarket chains have become the bottleneck of the development.In the modern retail supply chain, supermarket chain, about70%of the products available through distributors to supermarkets, even Wal-Mart is no exception. In the modern supply chain, distributors’point of view is no longer insignificant, but it carries trading functions, logistics functions, service and other functions into one vector and the node with the supply chain formed a close business partner. So, what kind of evaluation of the model to select distributors it? What should establish evaluation index system of it? What kind of methods used to evaluate it? These will be the focus of this study.This thesis has been closely around the line to solve practical problems in three areas which includes questions and analyzed and solving problems. From the research background, it focuses Selection and Evaluation Model of Strategic Distributor which includes Strategic Evaluation distributor design and the selection of assessment methods and weights handing. At last, the example of Y company to demonstrate the validity and practicability of assessment model.Summarized and analyzed the results of previous studies, my thesis design of a strategic distributor Evaluation under the guidance of the supply chain collaboration. Then indexes were selected by Delphi, Finally, a strategic distributor of evaluation index system has been finished which including four first-level indexes and27third-level indexes.In this paper, the AHP and the delphi method are combined to handling weight. Evaluation index system for a number of secondary indicators are mostly small and qualitative indicators, select the expert investigation to improve the accuracy of the evaluation; and three indicators to be assessed using AHP.Method of choice in assessing the choice, a PROMETHEE-2TUPLE portfolio assessment method, the method in dealing with the evaluation of qualitative indicators and results of sequencing is better.Finally, the candidate of the Y’s strategic distributor for the evaluation and selection, the results prove that the evaluation model can be systematic, comprehensive strategy for the distinction between distributors of the candidate’s overall ability, not only to match its strategic objective the distribution of selected Providers, but also guidance on existing distributors and management, to enhance the performance of the suppliers play an active role, so it has strong practicability and maneuverability.
