To Improve The Financing Environment For Smes In Our Country

Medium and small-sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role in China's economic life, making great contribution to the economic and social development of our country. However, medium and small-sized enterprises have been suffering from some disadvantageous position because of their own weaknesses, which have laid restrictions on the healthy development of these enterprises with many adverse factors among which the financing difficulties of medium and small-sized businesses seem to be especially critical.To resolve the problem of financing difficulties faced with medium and small-sized enterprises, a lot of experts and scholars have come up with some detailed and specific resolutions after research, and Chinese government has also taken measures supporting the financing of minor enterprises. These efforts, to a certain extent, have alleviated the difficult problem, while the financing situation of medium and small-sized businesses is still very tough.This article also pays attention to this issue, and, according to study and analysis, makes the point that to overall resolve the problem of minor enterprises' financing difficulties, the fundamental factors that restrict the financing of medium and small-sized enterprises need to be well studied. It is also pointed out that an advantageous economic environment for financing of minor businesses should be supported by four systems with sound function and good efficiency—the System of Enterprise Information Sharing, the System of Financial Sources, the System of Circulation of Investment Interests and the System of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises Advisory Services. The government should play a predominant part in the establishment of these four systems.
