Breakthrough Of Small Business Survival And Development Bottlenecks

In the wake of further influence by the 2008 financial crisis, many large scale enterprises have had to face the situation of compressing the business scale, stepping into the deficit of business performance. Corresponding to this, local governments which are to increase financial input in the efforts to ensure the economic growth, at the same time are strongly encouraging the startup and development of Small-Medium sized enterprises. The large numbers of group of Small-Medium sized enterprises showing the tenacious vitality are bringing about the great contribution not only in the field of China's national economic growth, but also of expansion of community employment, maintaining the social stability. Especially in the current global financial crisis, the social value of Small-Medium sized enterprises is no doubt pushed onto higher strategic level. However, for Small-Medium sized enterprises, especially for the Small sized enterprises, their inborn inadequacy and limitation have prevented themselves from further development and growth. It is indicated that the life-span of 70% Small sized enterprises is no more than 3 years and average life-span of 20% Small sized enterprises is only 5 years. This great conflicts brought about by both the reality of short life span and the social expectation of Small sized enterprises have stimulated me to have a research in order to find methods to break the bottleneck hindering the survival and development of the small enterprises.In my opinion, Small sized enterprises survival and development, of course, need an external sound investment environment, but they also need the tireless efforts of their own. Therefore, the key to solving the difficulties of Small sized enterprises survival and development should be zoomed in the inside of enterprises, focusing on their own problems. In this paper from beginning to end, I will consistently maintain the unique perspective from the internal factors of Small sized enterprises, to elaborate and explore the breakthrough in the development of Small sized enterprises survival and scientific method of breaking down the bottleneck. I think that clearly understanding of their own business problems, improving self-cultivation to overcome the inherent deficiencies of all kind are the fundamental of survival and development. A favorable external environment is important, but the internal operations and management capabilities of their own are playing a decisive role.
