Medium And Small Chemical Companies Break Through Bottlenecks In The Development Of Countermeasures

With the continuous development of Chinese economy,small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have become an important component of national economy.Currently there are about 45,000,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in China,accounting for 99% of total number of registered enterprises.SMEs have accounted for more than 90% of national retail outlets in circulation of commodities. SMEs exportsales have accounted for 60% of national exportsales,providing about 75% of employment opportunities for people from rural and urban areas,meanwhile absorbing most of labour force from the countryside.Since the rapid growth of economy in 1990s,76.7% of newly increased industrial output are made by SMEs.The industrial and commercial tax from SMEs have accounted for 40% of total amount.So fostering the healthy and sustainable development of SMEs will be significant in promoting the growth of economy,increasing fiscal revenue,expanding urban and rural employment and safeguarding social stability.As a part of SMEs,small and medium-sized chemical enterprises have become a major pillar of economic development.However, small and medium-sized chemical enterprises have a common phenomenon that is short time of existence and lack of strategic management,which has become a serious obstacle in the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper has discussed the issue on how to get rid of management bottleneck and realize diversified and sustainable development strategy in the process of economic globalization.Small and medium-sized chemical enterprises have some advantages which have become factors of the survival of enterprises,but also the obstacle of their development.Facing the situation that the road for development has become more and more difficult,enterprises are badly need to do on how to use comparative superiority,get rid of management bottleneck and seek for a diversification approach appropriate to their own conditions.Therefore,studying on how to get rid of management bottleneck and realize diversified and sustainable development in the current constantly changing market environment,which has important significance for entrepreneurs.This paper has studied on features, current situation,development bottleneck and measures of SMEs,and the diversification strategy of Runpeng Chemical Co.And combined my own experience in the process of diversification and theoretical analysis.I think that enterprises choose the diversification is undoubtedly feasible and necessary in the current process of economic reform and system transformation of China.Because only in this way,enterprises can get survival and development in the constantly changing social demand.Meanwhile, the paper has also given the warning on the risks of diversification and put forward my own idea about how to manage enterprises implementing the strategy of diversification and avoid risks.
