One of problems in a broad area of concern to domestic commercial banks is the long queues, and this issue has become the primary cause of customer's dissatisfaction to banking services. A lot of proposals and measures are given to ease the phenomenon of customers lining up, but to the head of the banking network, these methods are either too macro and can not be implemented, or are too expensive to be implemented, meanwhile, these grass-roots level managers are the most direct operator to improve the bank network service. To these managers, how to take into account the queuing and seize the point of the problem then?In this paper, the network "Queuing efficiency" and "Queuing performance" will be distinguished firstly. Secondly, the queuing performance "4Pc Strategy" tool will be brought out. The thesis also analyzes the factors that affect the queuing performance, proposes concrete methods to improve the queuing performance of bank network. At last, empirical analysis and simulation methods are applied to initially establish a set of methods which help the bank network administrators to analysis, decision-making, enhance the effectiveness of the method of queuing.
