Port logistics system ,which is integrated by several interacting factors such as goods, container loadinge quipments, conveyer equipments, human resource and communication,is an organic whole with specific function. In recent years, container terminal has been facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges with rapid development of container transportation.Facing with the overgrowing throughput of port containers, it is urgent to deal with the problems of making a more reasonable and effective plan to exploit the furthest operation efficiency of container terminal. So research in the field of port container logistics system is both imperative and significant.This article, which is based on theoretical research and mathematical modeling method, carries out an in-depth simulative analysis and research by taking the first and second phase of Congqing Cuntan Container Terminal (which is the typical container terminal of Yangtze River Basin) as an example and using the simulation of discrete event system as means. So the research of this article contains both the real theoretical and real value.Chapter I presents the origin and significance of this research and gives a brief introduction of the the port container logistics system's opportunities and challenges ,which are brought by the development of Yangtze River Golden Waterway. It also analyses the current research situation of the container terminal modeling and simulation technology both at home and abroad and explains the thesis of this research.Chapter II studies the continuous berth allocation model and the building of the berth quay-crane allocation dynamic optimized model when taking quay-crane allocation model in to account.Chapter III set up a container port handling vehicle model, the limited resources of the parallel mode queuing network, in view of the bridge and shore gantry contains the cycle, including operating system, set up a set of cards for customers queuing model cycle 2. Chapter IV presents a object-oriented Petri Net model, set up a container terminal logistics system-level model and dynamic model, expanded container terminal logistics system with a composite model of hierarchical and recursive.Chapter V,Chongqing Cuntan Container Terminal the first and second phase had a modeling and simulation, and simulate the operation of container terminals dynamic process, come to the container terminal operations essential parameters.Finally, on the subject of research work done, as well as the future direction of development of a brief narrative.
