With the rapid developlent of China's social econoly and the continuous progress of information technology,the Internet economy represented by e-commerce has shown explosive growth,which has also led to the vigorous development of express industry serving it.Although the current demand for express delivery is strong and the development of express industry has also solved the realistic needs of people's livelihood in our country,a series of urgent problems emerge with the rapid development of express delivery,such as the high cost of express tenninal distribution,single and inefficient mode,poor service quality and so on.At present,the government and academia begin to focus on the "last kilometer" distribution problem in express delivery industry.Based on the above background,this paper puts forward that building terminal joint distribution system can effectively solve the problem of express terminal distribution,focusing on how to scientifically and reasonably configure facilities and equipment in terminal joint distribution network.Specifically,the article has carried out relevant research in the following aspects:(1)Starting trom the analysis of the current situation of express delivery industry in China,focusing on the painful point existing in the current development of the industry,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the constituent elements of express terminal distribution,and makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.On this basis,combined with the research of related problems at home and abroad,the research ideas of the full paper are formed.(2)At present,it is generally believed that the terminal joint distribution model may be an effective solution to the "last kilometer" problem of express delivery in the future.Based on the concept of terminal joint distribution,this paper design the function of terminal joint distribution network,which can be popularized,and configures the corresponding facilities and equipment on the basis of functional design.(3)Based on the function design of end-to-end co-distribution network,network business process modeling is carried out.The model is mainly composed of express sorting and queuing model and express delivery queuing nodel.The express delivery queuing model includes three sub-queuing models:door-to-door delivery model,intelligent express box delivery model and terminal joint distribution network self-delivery model.From the point of view of terminal joint distribution network operators,considering the cost of configuration and construction of terminal joint distribution network and the cost of customer service time,an optimization model of terminal joint distribution network configuration is established for the purpose of optimizing the activity cost of basic distribution services,and the solving algorithm of the model is given from the theoretical point of view.(4)Empirical analysis is made on a local terminal distribution environment in Beijing and relevant actual data,and the optimal decision-making of terminal co-distribution network facilities allocation is obtained by means of Python algorithm.The simulation environment of the model is constructed by using MATLAB mathematical tools,and the queuing service system of terminal joint distribution network is simulated.The simulation results verify the correctness of the optimal decision-making.This paper attempts to analyze the impact of changing the objective conditions in the actual operation of the point on enterprise decision-making,and to provide support for enterprise micro-decision-making.
