On The Anti-dumping Framework To Build Collaborative Response System

As China joined WTO,and with its trade scale expands gradually,the growing economic links with other countries;the anti-dumping situation we encountered is more and more serious.Our country has already become the biggest victim of world who abused the anti-dumping at present because the anti-dumping is a kind of main trade protective measure that countries all over the world generally adopt. Confronting with this severe situation,China paid great attention to this.They did a lot of research;the main focus on the reason for anti-dumping,perfect improvement of anti-dumping measures,and what function should be developed by corporation, government and guild etc.People can't see recovery systematic research frequently, such a setting up a government,guild and corporation are called "trinity".The essay studies the roles of the above-mentioned three parties with the polycentric governance theory.Firstly,the essay analyzes the present situation and feature of foreign anti-dumping against China,and its reason,and the effect on Chinese economy,with the analysis of a typical case.Then,it provides some suggestions for the government, the professional associations and the enterprises in order to use the ??dumping measures better.These three elements effect on the "trinity" anti-dumping cooperate with system.There are "Radical expression aegis","Trunk expression support" and "Foliage expression reaction".I hope this thesis can bring some beneficial enlightenment to the related personnel in order to favor the Chinese economy and the Chinese enterprise's development.
