Associated Features Of China's Automobile Industry And To Drive The Effect

The automobile industry has a long industrial chain, a wide spread effect ,and a strong effect ,which has supporting role towards the national economy and related industries in general , especially since 2000, driven by the upgrading of consumption structure, the automobile industry got rapid development , its status in the national economy had been increasingly important. The development, production, sales and operations of automotive industry directly related to a number of economy departments .Its upstream industry involved raw materials industry, energy industry, industrial products, equipment manufacturing, Its downstream industries involved marketing, transportation, finance, advertising, road and bridge construction have a sector, therefore the automobile industry has have a strong effect to the national economy.In this paper, we use the industrial economics theory of industrial linkage to analyze the contribution of the automobile industry to the national economy, and its relative industries. Through the construction of vector autoregressive models and varying parameter models, the paper quantify the associated effects among automobile industry, national economy and specific industries.Can be found through research, automotive industry is closely related to a number of industries. By the use of impulse response function and variable parameter model analysis, we found that the automobile industry and oil and gas exploration industry, plastic products, rubber products industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, general equipment manufacturing industry of a strong correlation. With the auto industry development and optimizing of the economic structure, their associated effects in growing.This paper also selected for the automotive industry in Chongqing as the case study. The output value of automotive industry in Chongqing has a larger proportion of GDP in Chongqing. The profits and taxes, employment and other aspects of Chongqing automotive industry has made an important contribution to the overall economic development of Chongqing. Ten industrial chain in Chongqing, the automobile industry chain and other industries are closely linked .
