Automobile manufacturing industry as the pillar industry in national economy, is a measure of a country's productivity and the important sign of economic progress level in today's world; Its importance is self-evident. In this paper, I put the automobile manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain partnership as a research background:Firstly, I analyzed the supply chain partnership theory,the structure and characteristic of automotive supply chain,the domestic and international researching present situation of supply chain partnership as well as the researching present situation of the automobile manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain partnership.Secondly. I elaborated and analyzed the two key factors (The driving factors and the promoting factors)which influence manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain partnership on the basis of LEG model, and have divided type of automobile manufacturing enterprises supply chain partnership according to the two factors assessment results, and put forward the corresponding assessment and management from management component angle according to the different types of partnerships.Thirdly, I put forward the strategy which develops the automobile manufacturing enterprise supply chain partnership from all levels of management component. Mainly include: system designing cooperation plan; Implementing high level operation controlling; Strengthening communication, forming a balanced two-way communication flow; Strengthening the risk / reward shared awareness, and improving their ability; Give full trust and a high degree of commitment and so on.Fourthly, I select a representative enterprises in automobile manufacturing enterprises– Chang an Ford Mazda and Yan Feng Visteon company ( Chongqing) as a case by using the LEG model, and verify the validity of the LEG model, and have give countermeasure and the suggestion for promoting the supply chain partnership development according to the results of the case study.
