Virtual enterprise is appearing in the background for suiting the quickly varying market to collect the resources of the different ownership. At the present, the research to virtual enterprise concerns on the many fields such as the partner selection, assigning task problems, production plan, the distribution of benefits, etc... The research to the resource planning of virtual enterprise is few compared to ordinary business. In particular, with the universal implementation of ERP, as well as the emergence of APS, how to better implement the enterprise resource planning in virtual enterprise, how to better apply the APS in virtual enterprise, in order to more effectively coordinate the members of the enterprises of cross-boundary or cross-industry, which become another research direction.In the enterprise resource planning study, task decomposition and resource selection is important to research. In this paper, from the virtual enterprise as well as the characteristics of the APS, a enterprise resource planning model is proposed on virtual enterprise APS, task decomposition and resource selection is researched as the basis of the model, moreover, a single resource selection as well as the selection of more resources for the entire product life cycle are focused on.The main contents and research findings of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper sums up the virtual enterprise and improves the theoretical framework of the APS, describes the virtual enterprise resource planning process, and puts forward for the V-APS resource planning process on the basis of the literature.(2) Research on the aspects of the task decomposition about resource planning of virtual enterprise. The paper researches task decomposition based on the work breakdown structure and modular, then improves the previously task decomposition steps of virtual enterprise from the perspective of virtual enterprise.(3) The article builds, evaluates and chooses a single resource by combining the wavelet network and genetic algorithm based on BTCQS resources evaluation system. As for the product life cycle of more resources options, compromising genetic algorithm is used to solve the model in order to solve resource optimization problem for the product life cycle.
