As the development of economy and information technology, the market environment and manage characteristics of enterprises changed greatly. As a new construction and management mode, virtual enterprise draws attention and virtual enterprise theory becomes the frontiers of management science. Virtual enterprise is temporarily constructed by several independent enterprises with information technology in order to share skill, take on cost and exploit market. Obviously the only one goal is profit for all the members in virtual enterprise. We must face profit distribution problem once the virtual enterprise is constructed. Profit distribution affects the efficiency of virtual enterprise. Thus profit distribution becomes an important problem that we must solve. The usual methods of profit distribution are based on that the running procedure of virtual enterprise is a single procedure. These methods emphasize the final project directly and rarely consider the time affection so as to the dynamic characteristics. For this, in this paper, the running procedure of virtual enterprise is divided into several phases. In each phase, encouragement mechanism is introduced. Thus the member's final profit distribution is associated with its behavior in each phase. In this paper, the evaluation of distribution project is based on satisfaction degree and pure profit. We take the whole satisfaction degree and whole pure profit of virtual enterprise as the two objects and build up a multi-object model. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the objects. The example shows that the method is feasible.
