With the rapid development of science and technology and the process of economy globalization speeding up, team innovation has become the critical factors of the national economic growth and international competitiveness improving. Scientific researchers, as one of the main innovation factors, are the most creative drivers and active core resource in the technical innovation; their enthusiasm and creativity into full play of technological innovation are the keys to the success of activities. How can members of the research team get effective incentive, good compensation incentive mechanism can achieve multi-winning of organization, team and personal.Based on scientific research team, the article focuses on the compensation incentive mechanism problems. Based on a deep analysis of characteristics and theory of compensation incentive mechanism both at home and abroad of the research team, Combined the evaluation and incentives practice for a specific research, a workable set of team salary distribution model is built, based on Research team "Means of performance accumulation", which is not only conducive to long-term research goals and short-term performance goals and performance evaluation, but also takes into account the prompting of research team and individual. and offer a reference for the implementation incentives of research team.This article's innovation in the following three points: 1, the use of "Performance Score Points" to resolve the long-term incentive problem, and gives the specific formula; 2, "Means of performance accumulation" is a good solution to the research's "Abundance" and "shortage" problem; 3, the design of performance evaluation system is easy-to-practice, and easier to improve in a timely manner.
