In modern market economy, the compensation management is an important aspect of the human resource management. For a long time, how to utilize effective pay-distribution mechanism, optimize the structure of working staff, brilliantly manoeuvre human resource, as well as retain and efficiently use the talents have been a tough issue that China's state-owned enterprises have to face.Against the background of the present compensation management of state-owned enterprise , the current situation and problems of compensation management system of the #5GEC were analyzed in this thesis. Thereby, a more stimulative compensation management system suitable for #5GEC Development strategy and enterprise culture was presented, in which modern compensation theory, the theory of encouragement and the management idea established during the MBA study were adopted and the advanced compensation management practices in USA and Japan were referred.The article focuses on to create a new policy in employee compensation with the combination of theory and practice and build systematic salary designs which should be a fair system for internal and external of the company through 360°, hope that these research results can be help and references in the practical application and promote the development of similar company.
