In order to emphasize the importance of compensation management to human resources in corporation, even to the continuous development of corporation, based on the basic theory of compensation management, author discussed the concept of compensation and related theories, and expatiated on the development of domestic compensation management according to theories of domestic and international compensation development and compensation design.On the basis of this theory, author made analysis to current human resources and compensation management status in G Energy Materials Company, found out the problems in compensation management, and carried out compensation system operation and employee satisfactory surveys. After made analysis of survey results, author found out that compensation in G Energy Materials Company was limited to economy aspect, compensation design lacked scientificity and maneuverability, and the process and result of compensation management lacked justification.Based on the existing problems in compensation management in G Energy Materials Company, using compensation theory, thesis discussed job analysis, compensation structure and performance evaluation and designed a new compensation management system. Through the evaluation to execution effect of new compensation system, compensation management system of G Energy Materials Company was improved to be more scientific, maneuverable, and suitable for G Energy Materials Company.
