With the economic development, the increasing of the inhabitant's income and the growing population, the housing demand of the inhabitant grows day by day, so the real estate industry develops rapidly and becomes more and more important in the social economy life because of the great growth of the real estate demand. Under this background, Changsha Xingding home adviser limited company releases the plan of merchandise residence kit item—"Huajing Flower Town ".The paper is based on the modern market theory, and it studies the factors which affect the Changsha real estate market demand very much, these factors include the economical level, the income level of the inhabitant, the real estate industrial policy, the real estate price and the population of this area and so on. And this paper also predicts the demand of Changsha's real estate industrial next 5 years. Meanwhile, this paper makes a SWOT analysis about " Huajing Flower Town ", which makes sure the market-orient of this project, and it also provides the product strategy, the price strategy, the retailed strategy and the marketing strategy of this project in order to guarantee the project to sell successfully.
