With the continuous development of the real estate industry, peoples put forward higher requirements for marketing practice of real estate project, so studying and formulating effective marketing strategy is the key to win the competition.At present, China's real estate industry is in a strict market environment, the government implemented a strict restriction and limit credit policy of housing consumption, and which brings the hitherto unknown pressure to the sales of residential real estate in many two or three line cities, and Dalian real estate market environment is not optimistic, too. The Y project is a residential project of C real estate group in Dalian city, which is also the first project of C group in the Northeast market. The project directly influences the development of the company, and also affects the group's confidence to expand the Northeast market, so it is of great significance.It is in this context, the author carried out the research of marketing strategy of Y project, and strive to use classical marketing theory and analysis model, combined with the real estate market environment of Dalian city and the internal situation of Y project, to draw up the marketing strategies and the implementation plan, and guarantee that the project can sell successfully.
