First, The thesis has carried out carding on some already existed enterprise Strategic Management theory; And then, wielding Strategic Management theory, it has carried out a thorough qualitative analysis on the inside and outside environment of Hunan particular kind vehicle company ,and has found out the chance and threat of developing, advantage and inferior position of itself, so that to establish a basis for working out a development strategy; And then , brought in the ideas analysis law , applying the external factors appraise matrix (EFE) and, it has carried out a quantitative analysis valuation on the advantage and inferior position ,as well as the chance and threat of three Hunan particular kind vehicle company, to proceed ,it has also used SWOT matrix to analyse and having worked out the development strategy for the three Hunan particular kind vehicle company; in the end ,by putting up a feasible measure, it hopes to ensure the implement of development strategy. it is also hoped that this studying may make three Hunan particular kind vehicle companys realize the significance of development strategy sufficiently, so as so choose an rational development strategy which fits to its developing needs.
