HR concern was founded in year 1961,and HR Group is one of the lead companies of the precisions machining parts.From 1974 HR Group extended its Business field to automobile industry and always followed the Focus Strategy,HR group developed very well during the rapid growing with Germany Automotive industry,in 2001 HR Poland company was founded as well to catch the globalization.HR China was registered in year 2004 and started the trial production since 2009,it is very strong growing period for HR in Chinese market,with the support from HR Group customers' initial order,HR China was established solidly and wants to fix middle and long term strategy to guide line the future of HR China.HR China acts as the research object.Firstly,the carding and reviews the domestic and foreign enterprise Competition Strategy of relevant research results and theory,focus on the connotation of the potter Focus Strategy theory and its applied conditions,laid a theoretical basis for research of this paper and support.Secondly,combining the reality of HR China,HR China faced in the process of company operation analyzes the external environment and internal environment,Using centralization strategy implementation conditions for HR China company for qualitative analysis,demonstrates the possibility that the HR China adopts Focus Strategy,and by means of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix(QSPM)model quantitatively confirm the inevitability that the HR China adopts Focus Strategy.Finally,this paper also describes the specific measures of HR China to adopt the Focus Strategy,and describes the improvement of the HR Company in China,which is used to optimize the HR group Focus Strategy.Through the study of this paper,people can systematically understand how the factors of HR China internal and external environment could impact the decision of its competition strategy,which could also better guide the implement measures of HR China's Focus Strategy.At present under the national strategy of "going out",small and medium-sized enterprises or family private enterprises have more opportunities to enter into emerging markets;the content of this paper can also provide reference for the formulation of the new market environment competitive strategy.
