Study On The Vacuum Business Reorganization Of The Chinese Academy Of Space Technology

The vacuum business of the China Academy of Space Technology (CAST) is growing fast, as a civil business based on the rich researched fruits for many years, and mainly producing the equipment of vacuum condition simulation for aircraft. At the same time, the demand of application of vacuum technology is increased quickly in the domestic civilian market in recent years. But due to historical, institutional, and other reasons, there are so much issue with the CAST'S vacuum business developing, such as the serious competition between two institutes belong to CAST, lack of production manufacturing capacity, and the lesser business scale.In this paper, according with the status quo of CAST's vacuum business, the business faced internal and external environment and problem have been analyzed; then, a vacuum business reorganization scheme has been suggested to resolve the problems by capital reorganization, human resource reorganization, organization reorganization, corporate culture reorganization. Also suggest the approach for the scheme.The scheme in this paper has been proposed as one of the options for the vacuum reorganization program of CAST. This scheme also should be used for reference of the developing civilian industries by CAST.
