China Housing Fund Internal Risk Management Study

China's housing accumulation fund system is an important part for housing security system. It has played a significant role in solving the housing problems for urban residents. As the housing fund system in our country is still a new system, which has only 10 years of development history, it is still in the constantly improving and searching stage. The housing fund management institutions lack a sound and effective internal control mechanism and supervision mechanism, so there's a certain internal risk in various parts of the housing fund management center in the country, and the management of the internal risk belongs to the weak links at present. It is necessary to study it in depth and bring forward practical measure to safeguard the legitimate interests of the employees who pay for the deposit.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part of it is the introduction. It mainly includes research background and significance , the current status of research and comprehensive analysis at home and abroad ,the framework of research and theoretical research tools and methodology of this article, the innovative point of this article. The second part is China's housing accumulation fund internal risk management status. It mainly includes the basic theory of China's housing accumulation fund internal risk management and the basic analysis of the situation .The third part is the problem in existence and analysis of the reasons. It points out the problems in the management of internal risk in our housing fund ,combined with example, it also analyses the reason combined with risk management theory. The fourth part : the related management experience from home and abroad. Based on study the housing fund management model abroad and the experience of the internal control over financial institutions in our country, it compared and analyzed, summarized the aspects from which we can learn when practicing China's housing accumulation fund internal risk management .The fifth part: countermeasures study of our internal risk management of the housing fund .It mainly about consummating our internal risk management of the housing fund from normalizing of the business operation, strengthening the measures of internal credit risk management , establishing a sound internal control management system, strengthening internal auditing, and tries to build an system of warning in advance for the housing fund risk system.This paper analyzed the current situation of our housing fund internal risk management, and found out the problems and main reasons in our internal risk management, through the example of theoretical research and on China's management analysis .It put forward relevant countermeasures from the point of view of strengthening the management of internal control of Housing Fund...
