Environmental Ethics Based On The Concept Of Circular Economy, Tourism Research

With the rise of tourism, human being increasingly links between tourism environments. However, in human conduct tourism at the same time, such as the activities of tourists, the operation of tourism enterprises, the development of tourism resources, etc., aggravate man-land relationship contradictions. To ensure that tourism sustained, steady and healthy development, guarantee the quality of tourist travel, therefore, we have to find a cost-effective path of development and environmental protection, and change the traditional development of the code of ethics for tourism. Circular economy is an idea which accords with sustainable development of the tourism, combines its one's own advance and feasibility, ease tensions in man-land relationship, seek people ground harmony of relation.In this paper, firstly, the author briefly surveys the circular economy idea and environmental ethics, then followed by the re-calling the traditional concept of environmental ethics-- environmental ethics of anthropocentrism,life center doctrine,ecological centralism and traditional environmental ethics of Chinese ancient times, and then described that the circular economy implied in the concept of environmental ethics connotation.on the issue, that is how to ease the tourism environment in the presence of the contradictions, the author refers to man-land relationship of the coordination mechanism, and make it integrate with the idea of circular economy, and then coordinate ecological relationships,social relationships of man and nature, and established code of ethics of the harmonious development under the concept of circular economy. Tourism activities against the negative impact on the environment, with the connotation of the economic cycle, proposed the traveling environment ethics research content: Traveling environment and natural value,justice and fair,ethical criterion (tourism environmental bearing capacity,tourism development and resources threshold,the green tourism consumption and environmental entropy) .The circular economy takes one kind of advanced development idea, has provided perfectly, the comprehensive tourism environment ethics connotation for the current eco-tourism. Finally, from strengthens the environment ethical education and the consummation environmental protection laws and regulations and so on several aspects constructs the traveling environment ethics and auxiliary by is related the method, will obtain the paper the main conclusion and present's direction diligently.
