The word circular economy has already become a popular idea in the 21st century. As an idea, it means to enhance long-standing development through circulating of resources. Although it has a lot to do with economy and technology, it can by no means be restricted in the two areas. It not only rises from profound cultural background but will cause profound social changes as well. It has particular ties with ethics, which we will see in this article how the former ethical thoughts have bred it and what kind of changes it will bring to today's ethics. This article can be divided into four parts apart from the foreword. 1st part: circular economy and its current development. In this part we will introduce the idea of circular economy and its development both home and abroad.2nd part: circular economy and ecological ethics- the coherence between human and nature. In this part we will show how circular economy is based on traditional ecological ethics both eastern and western and what changes it will bring to modern ecological ethics.3rd part: circular economy and consumption ethics: rational consumption. In this part we will show what changes circular economy will cause to consumption ethics including producing consumption and living consumption.4th part: As it has been shown in the former parts that circular economy is both an ecological ethics and an economical ethics. It will surely cause changes in our moral education. To see what changes it will bring in this region is this part's task.
