The importance of the real estate in the national economy is that:First, its contribution and impact on the national economy, reflecting the status of the real estate in the national economy; second, the spread to the lead-related industries, reflecting the internal structure of the national economy, This paper will be focus on the former to study the rate of contribution of Beijing real estate to the national economy.Beijing, as China's capital, international metropolis, the development of real estate is typical and representative in the country. Researching the rate of contribution of Beijing real estate to the national economy is of great significance for establishing the direction of Beijing's industrial development, optimizing industrial structure, protecting the health of the overall economy. The purpose of this research, is from the quantitatively study of the rate of contribution of Beijing real estate to the national economy, Empirically and objectively judge the status of the real estate in the national economy, and table a proposal to promote the Beijing real estate and national economy developing healthy and coordinate.Take the relationship between the development of real estate and the related macro-economic theory as a guide, Firstly, based on summing up the characteristics of the development of Beijing real estate, dividing their stage of development, qualitatively describe the important impact of Beijing real estate on macro-and micro levels of national economy。Secondly,with an emphasis on quantitatively research of the rate of contribution of Beijing real estate to the national economy. This paper argues that the rate of the contribution of the real estate to the national economy comes from two aspects, one is the direct rate of contribution of real estate to the national economy, the other is the indirect rate of the contribution,which comes from the development of real estate boosting the development of the related industries. Finally, calculate the overall rate of the contribution of the real estate industry to the national economy. The results showed that:between1999 and 2008, the overall rate of contribution of Beijing real estate to the national economy is 16.79%, The affection is very significant and the real estate can be used as the leading industry in the national economy.The innovations of this article is:(1)The topic is novel。Firstly,despite it is not rare about the research of the real estate and there are many research perspective at present, but it has not yet carried out a quantitatively study of the rate of contribution of Beijing real estate to the national economy。Secondly,The debate on whether the real estate is the leading industry of the national economy is fierce and not have a final conclution. Under the guide of the relevant theory, the article carried out in-depth analysis of the problem through the quantitative research.(2) There is an comprehensive and accurate quantitative results about the rate of contribution of Beijing real estate to the national economy. Using different methods to caculate the direct contribution and the indirect contribution which are divided from the rate of overall contribution of the real estate to the national economy。The results show: between 1999 and 2008,the rate of the direct contribution of the real estate to the national economy is 6.66%,the rate of the indirect contribution is 10.13%,the rate of the overall contribution is 16.79%.(3) There is a clear conclution about the status of Beijing real estate industry in national economy.This paper conclude that Beijing real estate is the leading industry in national economy and should continue to be of this great responsibility.
