China's Small And Medium-sized Circulation Enterprises To Develop A Number Of Issues

Since the reform and opening up, China's socialist economy is gradually on the right track. Small and medium circulation enterprises in China plays an important role in the contribution to the GDP, providing a large number of employment opportunities, the annual trade surplus on exports or high-tech innovation in China's macroeconomic. However, in 2007, the financial crisis swept the global and a large number of export-dependent small and medium circulation enterprises have been closed down, so the development of small and medium circulation enterprises become the hot issue of social concern. This paper aims at researching the development of small and medium circulation enterprises as a whole and focus on the problem of difficulties in financing and discuss the current situsation and problems of small and medium circulation enterprises in China. Finally, the paper provids some simple and obvious solution hoping to promot the development of Chinese small and medium circulation enterprises.Firstly, the paper briefly addressed the background of Chinese small and medium enterprise development, the concept of small and medium circulation enterprises and foreign-related theory. By introducing the important role of small and medium enterprises in China's macroeconomic and financial difficulties problems, the paper highlights the crucial role of solving the problem of financing in the development of small and medium circulation enterprises.Secondly, there are still other obstacles in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, for example, enterprises property rights system is not clear; Enterprise management level is low; there are defects in our existing business system.Finally, the paper provides suggestions for resolving difficulties in financing, for small and medium circulation enterprises improving core competitiveness and gives measures to enterprise management issues. All the suggestions aim at promoting the circulation to promote the further development of our country.
