Research On Promoting The Sustainable Competitiveness Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In Lvliang

With the deepening of reform and opening up and China's entry into WTO,the role of small and medium-sized enterprises in regional economic structure is bigger and bigger.Meanwhile,small and medium-sized enterprises are also facing increasing market competition pressure.How to survive in the fierce competition environment is a serious challenge for small and medium enterprises.At present,Lvliang is in a critical period of economic transformation.There are still many problems in the development of enterprises.How to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises is a serious problem faced by SMEs in Lvliang.Sustainable competitiveness is the most important factor for a company's sustainable planning and development.It allows the enterprises to compete in the market competition,lead the competitors in the strategy,and finally lead the harmonious development of the comprehensive ability of the society.Therefore,it is very important to study the sustainable competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Lvliang,and how to evaluate the sustainable competitiveness of SMEs is also very important.Based on the theories of management,economics and statistics,combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the promotion of sustainable competitiveness of SMEs in Lvliang.Through analysis,the influencing factors of sustainable competitiveness of SMEs in Lvliang are obtained,and the evaluation model of sustainable competitiveness of SMEs in Lvliang is established based on principal component analysis,so as to find countermeasures to enhance sustainable competitiveness of SMEs in Lvliang.There are rigorous logic reasoning analysis and model empirical research.This thesis first introduces the research background and theoreticalbasis,starting from the Lvliang city development,the necessity of establishing the sustainable competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises in Lvliang;to clarify from the current research of the competitiveness of enterprises,proposed the research context and method of small and medium-sized enterprises in Lvliang,the key content and finally summed up the layout.The second chapter mainly introduces the related theories of SMEs and sustainable competitiveness.From the two aspects of the definition and characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper expounds the small and medium-sized enterprises,and introduces the research results and shortcomings of the competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of the connotation and characteristics of sustainable competitiveness.Next,the status and problems of the sustainable competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in Lvliang are analyzed.From the current situation of the development of Lvliang's economic operation,the problem of sustainable competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in Lvliang is found and the existing problems of small and medium enterprises in Lvliang are pointed out.In the fourth chapter,the factors affecting the sustainable competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in Lvliang are analyzed.From the three elements of key resources,organizational coordination and adaptability,we analyze the connotation of sustainable competitiveness and the factors that affect the sustainable competitiveness of SMEs in Lvliang.Based on these factors,combined with the design principles and design basis of Lvliang SMEs sustainable competitiveness evaluation system,we set up an index system to evaluate the sustainable competitiveness of SMEs in Lvliang,including four first level indicators and twelve two level indicators.Based on the index system,the principal component analysis method as the evaluation method in this paper,the evaluation of the sustainable competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises in Lvliang based on principal component analysis method to construct the model;the current situation of the development of Lvliang with the competitiveness of small and medium-sizedenterprises,compared with other City in Shanxi Province,the description of the sustainable competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises in Lvliang.The results show that the comprehensive competitiveness of SMEs in Lvliang is 0.04,ranking seventh,slightly lower than the average level of the province,and needs greater improvement in funding and government support.Finally,combined with the results of the evaluation,the countermeasures to improve the sustainable competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Lvliang are put forward.The originality of this thesis lies in its characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the construction of sustainable competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises in Lvliang evaluation system is easy to operate in practice,complete theoretical research of small and medium-sized enterprises sustainable competitiveness,enhance the practicality of the sustainable competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprise theory.
