The Study On Decision-making Of Outsourcing Of Human Resource Management In Enterprise

Entering era of knowledge-driven economy, the competition among enterprises has transferred from the natural resources and the fund to the human resources, only the competition of the human resources is the ultimate competition, but only the effective human resources management style could promote the development of social economy. Meanwhile, the enormous competition pressure makes enterprises have to carry on various kinds of innovative activities, outsourcing and human resource management outsourcing that is a kind of business administration innovation, have become the developing direction of human resources management in the future.Firstly, this paper summarizes some based theories of the human resource management outsourcing and related theories of human resource management outsourcing. Secondly, it studies the decision-making process of human resource management outsourcing and this paper puts forward the decision model and contents selection model of human resource management outsourcing .Then, on the basis of the analysis of related theories of human resource management outsourcing, it carries on the quantitative evaluation about choice of outsourcing service business and cooperation effect. Then, this paper analyses the risks of human resource management outsourcing, puts forward some risk tactics. According to the contract relation between the enterprise and the outsourcing, this paper has suggested some stimulates measures on the business entrusting the lower outside acting for theory.By the research of this paper, some new research methods or views are brought forward in the aspect of human resource management outsourcing and the aim of it is able to provide some profitable reference and help for human resource management outsourcing.
