With the development of economy,the demand of talents is enlarging.More and more freedom given to the talents'movement is leading to a frequently vicious turnover, which brings the enterprise a fatal blow.With the help of experts,papers and questionnaires,the research is started from the reason why talents are losing.By the methods of factor analysis and CV,combined with Logistic Regression,the best method of predicting talents'loss will be used in early-warning system.The factor Turnover-intention is involved as single factor in another Logistic model.The results prove that the recognition to the enterprise as well as job itself is the main cause for the High-tech enterprises, while the marriage, educational level and other indicators of individual differences in the probability of leaving a significant impact.The capability of intention to leave was weaker than other factors in predicting talents'loss High-tech enterprises, which indicates intention has been interfered by other variables,such as external opportunities, job content.As the questionnaire is designed in three categories, contrasting HR's opinion to the talents, some difference is apparently showed.The enterprise deems that the primary factors come from satisfaction of incme,however management system,fair atmosphere and corporate culture is the most critical factor to talents.Use the results from two kinds of questionaires and models in the evolutionary game analysis and analyze the game equilibrium between enterprises and talents.Constructing utility function, we should take into account the effect of an individual to bring a collective loss, which is separated from other costs.The analysis revealed that the cost of turnover played a positive role in inhibiting the talents'loss better,however in reality enterprises do not exert its effectiveness in combination with other policies. Dynamic equation technique was used to do a more systematic analysis of the enterprises and talent transformation strategies under certain conditions, in order to better develop and maintain the mechanisms for implementing the human resources rationalization proposals.
