Research On High-tech Virtual Industry Cluster's Knowledge Transfer On Evolutionary Game

With the rise of the tide of knowledge economy,knowledge economy era has arrived.New materials,new energy,electronics and information technology and other high-tech as the representative developed rapidly and sustained industrialization.High-tech virtual industry cluster(HTVIC)which is characterized by the knowledge economy and information technology came into being.In the era of knowledge economy,cluster internal and external environment became dynamic increasingly,intensifying competition between the cluster and metabolism speed of knowledge,knowledge innovation has become an important core strategy that encourages innovation in the cluster.And knowledge transfer in HTVIC as a precondition for knowledge innovation has attracted more and more attention from scholars.Therefore,selecting HTVIC environment knowledge transfer problems as the research content,carding system of various factors on knowledge transfer effectiveness HTVIC direction of action,after considering the factors in establishing HTVIC knowledge transfer evolutionary game model,and the model was analyzed and extended proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for finishing knowledge transfer within the organization thus promoting HTVIC cluster provides a feasible approach to innovation.First of all,from three aspects:the factors affecting HTVIC knowledge transfer effect,including the knowledge transfer subject,object add situation.In analyzing the factors,initiative and capacity of knowledge transfer and absorption,the quality of communication and trust horizontal are applied to knowledge transfer effect,the degree of complex and implicit knowledge,the knowledge gap and organizations distance react on knowledge transfer effect.Secondly,considering the influencing factors of knowledge transfer and knowledge in the process of the cluster,on the basis,establishing HTVIC evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer.Quantitative analysis the evolution of trends and strategies of HTVIC knowledge transfer system.On this basis,the government incentive mechanism of the system stability is analyzed,to improve the model.Finally,on this basis,from improving knowledge transfer subject the will of the knowledge transfer and absorption,the level of knowledge,building trust mechanism between enterprises,and reducing HTVIC knowledge transfer cost four aspects put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the HTVIC subject knowledge transfer.
