Public Financial Support For The Construction Of A New Socialist Countryside

It is the essential demand of public finance to support the development of agriculture and rural area. No matter in developed countries or in developing countries, the finance support to agriculture and rural area has got high recognition. Many active measures have been taken and achieved remarkable effect.
