Financial Strategy Research, Financial Asset Management Companies In China Commercial Models

Time elapses, China's Financial Management Corporation (AMC),born in the last century, have gone through 10 years after the State Council's approval. AMCs, which was founded ten years, has always been to preserve state-owned assets, guard against and defuse financial risks and promote the mission state-owned enterprise reform, and have played an active role in the non-performing asset management and disposal policy and risks of debt-managed financial institutions. After achieved the policy-based assignment, AMCs face the commercialization transition confidently. Our country's "Financial sector development and reform, "the Eleventh Five-Year plan"" proposes to further expand service areas, innovating financial products, continuously meeting the socio-economic diversity of the growing financial needs. It makes a clear that AMCs can asset to the trust companies, financial leasing, enterprise group finance, housing finance, auto finance, money brokers, securities, futures, insurance, bonds, financial derivatives, credit, credit information system building areas such as the development direction.To seize this historic opportunity for development, this paper, with the Financial Strategic Management Theory as a guide, through the development of China's AMC facing the status quo analysis, and internal and external environment analysis, proposes that AMC in the business-oriented model should be established under the EVA-based financial strategy and made in this mode of financing strategies and investment strategies, and financial strategies for the implementation of safeguard measures. It will make a certain forward-looking significance of China's AMC's future sustainable development.
