As China's socialist market economic system, the establishment and continuous economic and social development, the "privatization" concept is not only increasing the supply of public goods used in the process of gradually penetrated into the sports facilities of such quasi-public goods the supply process. China in the construction of sports facilities has invested huge financial resources, the number of venues and facilities for the rapid increase in the types of venues and facilities are also growing increasingly diverse and rationalization, and have achieved some results. However, because of China's sports facilities still rely on the Government to maintain a financial allocation of funds as a major source of supply model, can not solve all regions have been compared with the huge population and reflected a serious shortage of sports facilities, so there is need to continue to promote the privatization of the supply of facilities to reduce the government's financial burden, and while market forces to better play its role, improve the optimum allocation of resources and create more economic benefits and social benefits.In the first part of this article, first set out the background and the research topics of significance. And then the concept of privatization and its main supply model made a brief introduction. Then make an overview of the sports facilities at home and abroad on the privatization of the supply situation. This article concludes with research methods and innovations.The second part of this article, first proposed the concept of quasi-public goods and characteristics. And analysis of China's socialist market economic system subject to privatization of public goods supply provides the basic theoretical guidance, as well as the previous party congress report on the development of the non-public economic sectors of the contents of the rapid development of the private economy provided a good policy environment and theoretical basis.
