| Since the 21th century, with the role of the advanced culture strengthening in international trade and economic competition, every country pays more attention on culture industries that are wider in proportion of national economies. In America, the entertainment industry is the second largest industry, only next to the aerospace industry. The British creative industry is only behind its auto industry. The output value of entertainment industry even exceeds the auto industry in Japan. In recent years, China also attaches very great importance to the development of culture industries which will be the two methods of prosperity of socialist culture as well as the culture enterprise. Meanwhile, China devote itself to the culture industries becoming the pillar in national economy. Facing the new situation of global financial crisis and the urgent need of reform and development in culture field, In September 26th,2009, the State Council promulgated "Culture Industries Promotion Project", in which it's the first time to put advertising on the list of developmental importance of culture industries. This paper plan to doing research into the development channels of Shaanxi advertising in the perspective of culture industries.Nowaday, Shaanxi advertising enjoys a sustained high growthrade and gradually narrows the gap between Shaanxi and domestic developed regions. However, the absolute power is still insufficient, such as a lack of core competitively industries, serious developmental imbalance between regions, no regional characteristics, etc. Based on the current situation of Shaanxi advertising, this paper put forward the concept of advertising culture industry. And it indicates that advertising culture industry consists of three features of culture, industries and creation. In addition, this paper comfirms which sector the Shaanxi advertising culture industries belong to. Shaanxi advertising culture industries are facing comprehensive oppoturies from politics, economy, culture technology and industries, and it is just right time to speed up development. On this basis, the paper gives an advice from a strategic perspective to speed up the upgrading advertising as a core of creation, take the road of industrial clusters, drive entire development of industry depending on projects, set up industrial leading enterprises, formulate advertising culture industries project, build brand image of Shaanxi advertising, etc. All the ways mentioned above can push forward the development of Shaanxi advertising culture industries. This paper's reseaching object is Shaanxi advertising culture industries and discuss its developmental issue. This paper looks for the methods for the development of Shaanxi advertising industry, while it also provide the reference and experience on pushing forward the advertising industry for the rest of the courtry from the perspective of culture industries. |
