Since 1985, from a 300000 tons output and millions arrearage minitype coal mine, the Corporation have grown to large-scale joint-stock corporation which gives priority to coal, and it also manages other aspect. The Corporation experience hardly process from survival, development,to mightiness during this period.The enterprise culture also became systemic from none and incompact state during this period. The rapid development lies on the corporation' hard carve out, dedication and spirit of dealing with concrete matters relating to work. The Corporation accumulated a lot of experiences and spirit fortune. Facing austere competition surroundings and long-range goal, Feng Yuan considers that it is necessary to have systemic epuration and classification to the experiences and spirit fortune.
