Commodity Housing Hradient Consumption-for Example Xian

So we should know the current situation and residential housing consumption of urban housing consumption system of constructing a healthy and orderly, think of the real estate market to provide a reference.Based on literatures on the basis of the research of China's housing market, the first combination of commodity housing development concept of consumption gradient are expounded, elected representatives after xian housing consumption level of different three typical buildings as the research sample. Through an empirical study, we found that different consumer class commodity housing gradient caused by the difference of the consumer behavior, triggering a class and its function of the housing crisis of communication.In the basic theory and the consumption of gradient xian commodity housing gradient consumption structure, based on the research in 2005-2008, according to the data of the gray system of GM (1,1) model, we predict calculations of different consumer class in 2009-2011 xian commodity housing consumption demand, formed a complete system of "housing gradient consumption".
