Research On The Housing Security For "Sandwich Class" In City

Some urban families are not qualified to for the application of the low-rent housing and can not afford to buy economically affordable housing at the same time. And more and more urban families are not qualified to for the application of the economically affordable housing and can not afford to buy commercial housing. They are looked like sandwich in our society. "Sandwich class" has problems in housing which are important and become difficult problems in whole country.According to current housing social security system in China, this paper holds that "sandwich class" should be divided into three levels. The reasons for housing problems of "sandwich class" are mostly from two aspects: in the first place, the housing social security covers narrowed; in the second place, the rental price of housing is expensive and so on. Recently, "sandwich class" has problems in housing. On the one hand, the current situation of their housing is worrying. One the other hand, increasing trend is reflected mostly.This paper analyzing current housing social security system in our country and learn from experience of another countries. This paper holds that the solution to the "sandwich class" housing problems should begin in four areas. First of all, give "sandwich class" financial support in the housing market. Second, develop public rental housing. And proposal for economically affordable housing to sell for rent. Third, expand the housing social security. Establish a kind of suit system of quit. At the last, our government should intervene housing market and make it tranquilization.
