Research On Post—Evaluation Of Western JiNing 220kV Substation Construction Project

The post project evaluation of the transformer substation is a multi-level,muti-factor process, the evaluation should follow the mixture theory of qualitive and quantitive. by conducting the post evaluation of the grid project, it can strength the work of grid construction and can improve the construction of itself, at the same time,provide the relating advice to the new decisions,investment and management.The paper is setting the Western JiNing 220 KV transformer substation as an example,on the basis of the general theory of grid project,related with their own circumstances,then build an index system of the transformer substation and also a general evaluation model. to be more specific,evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, environmental impact, social benefits and the sustainability of the program, and use the Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive method for empirical analysis.After a comprehensive evaluation,the result showed that the program of Western JiNing 220 KV transformer substation is successful overall,and it can achieve the purpose of optimizing the region’s power grid and improving the grid of this region, then it can have a significant impact on the development of economy.
