China's Current Anti-smuggling System Reform A Number Of Issues Discussed

Smuggling is an international and common phenomenon. It is a crime that is to escape the state supervision for international trade and to illegally make huge interests. In 1998, the government established an anti-smuggling system of associated debating, uniformly enforcement and comprehensive surveillance and set up the anti-smuggling bureau authorized with the rights. Since the system began to run, the performance of combat smuggling is very stunning so that to protect the state economic system. With the development of the economy, the scale of imports and exports is expanding. However, the anti-smuggling system of rights and cooperation can not be in accordance with the development. Therefore, this essay is trying to systemically analyze the phenomenon, summarize the history and to see through the questions. Theoretically and physically, I put out the topic of transformation of the system.
