With the development of tourism in our country, China's tourist hotel industry has achieved a high degree of development. In the course of development in tourist hotels human resources management issues become increasingly prominent.The problem of people has become a bottleneck restricting the development of China's tourist hotel industry.An important reason for these problems is that the incentive mechanism in China's tourist hotel is not sound, it affects the development of China's tourist hotel industry. How to learn from foreign advanced management theory and practical experience, link up with the development of China's tourist hotels, Form a set of scientific and effective incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and improve the quality of China's tourist hotel employees, and achieve the objectives of China's tourist hotels has become a topic worthy of study.According to the incentive theory, this paper analyzes the status of China's tourist hotel industry and the application status of the incentive mechanism in China's tourist hotels, then analyzes the Problems of incentive mechanism in China's tourist hotels including deficiencies in the system, cultural loss, inappropriate choice of incentives, Lose sight of the grass-roots staff motivation, not focus on the development of potential employees, unfair and ignore the incentive effects of the evaluation etc. and identifies the root causes of problems. Finally, the author proposes a complete set of incentives Countermeasures for tourist hotels in China according to the problems.This paper is divided into five parts, including:The first part is to introduce the background and significance of study, the main research contents, thesis frame and methods of operation. The second part describes some incentive-related theories. There are human resources theory and highly representative theory of motivation in the world. Such as the American psychologist AHMaslow hierarchy of needs theory (1943), American psychologist F. Herzberg's two-factor theory of motivation --- health (1965), The United States J. S. Adams Equity Theory (1963), X-Y theory, Three kinds of needs theory, Reinforcement Theory, Expectancy Theory. The third section start from the status of Incentive mechanism in China Tourist Hotel. Next through comparison of Home Inn and Laifuke Inn, then analyses the problems of Incentive mechanism in China Tourist Hotel, generalizes nine issues of Incentive mechanism in China Tourist Hotel. This section also analyzes the root causes of the existence of the above questions. The fourth part proposes a complete set of incentives Countermeasures for tourist hotels in China. This section aimed at the issues about Fulaike Inn raised on the previous part proposes related solutions from the aspects of incentive system construction, cultural construction, the choice of incentives, encouraging the timely selection and evaluation of incentive effects, etc. Part V is a summary of this article.
