Human resources is an important part of the modern economic society, but also the key factor to promote economic growth, whether the human resource structure of a company is reasonable or not, whether it will be sufficient or not, will be related to the enterprise’s ability to continue to develop in good condition.. As an important part of enterprise human resource management, the incentive mechanism is a transparent interaction between enterprises and employees, which can make enterprises and employees achieve win-win situation. Therefore, pay attention to the staff incentive mechanism is the core issue that modern enterprise should pay attention to.GR company is a state-owned heating enterprises, because there is no perfect incentive mechanism, the company has the management is not working enthusiasm, lack of responsibility and other issues. In this paper, we take GR company employees as the research object, take the domestic and foreign incentive theory as the guidance, the existing problems of the GR company’s existing staff incentive mechanism, from the salary, performance, training, corporate culture and other aspects of the incentive mechanism of GR company employees incentive mechanism. I hope that through this research, we can help GR company to improve the employee incentive mechanism, more full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of enterprise employees, so that better development of enterprises.
