With the rapid process of globalization,it is necessary to adopt the incentive mechanism for employees in order to increase the core competence of enterprises.The position and function in state-run business administration of manpower resources management are strengthened day by day, and it is the subject which all organizations generally pay close attention to in the whole worldAnd under the environment of rapid economic develop,the enterprise can only grasp the opportunities to formulate the efficient employee's inspiration mechanism,then they can absorb the talent to servece themselves,and let company stand out from the fierce competitive market.Associated with the correlative theory of employee incentive mechanism and the correlative problems of domestic employee incentive mechanism.According to the hunank kansai automotive coatings company's inspriation status in quo,this paper first analyze the incentive backgroud and present condition,then analyze the existing problem of incentive mechanism and moreover points out where the cause is.Based on the employee incentive mechanism study in the foreign and domestic,and the employee needs analysis of the hunan kansai automotive coatings company.Then from the viewpoint of the theory of incentive,we designed the survey of employee's satisfaction,at the same time we do some research of hunan kansai automotive coatings company employee'work satisfaction to find out where the prolbems exist,meanwhile try to Formulate the restruct solution and some policies.So that the company can attrace more execllent employees,take advantage of the virtue and avoid the shortcoming of the company,unceasingly to consummate the incentive mechanism,then formulate the an efficient inspire system.This paper not only helps HUNAN KANSAI automotive coatings company build scientic and reasonable incentive mechanism so as to increase the company competition ability and develop quickly,but also throws lights on the problem of incentive mechanism of employeesin the whole industry.
