Construction Enterprise Safety Culture In Construction Research

The construction industry is an important national economic production department, but also is one of the highest accident rates of occupational safety industries for the countries around the world. High accidents in construction industry have manifested the disadvantages of traditional safety management. The safety culture mainly affects the human safety behaviors and self-discipline mentally, and its function is durable. By strengthening the construction of the corporate safety culture, the safety quality of workers can be improved from passive acceptance to active defense, the frequency of casualties be decreased, the safety construction situation radically be improved. Accordingly, it is certain to strengthen the construction of safety culture for enhancing the safety management levels and sustainable safety.The theory of safety culture is reviewed firstly, based on this, combined with construction management system, the safety culture of construction enterprises is divided into three structures of material safety culture, management safety culture and spiritual safety culture,three levels of corporate decision-making, project management and staffs in operation. recognizing that evaluation is an important part of safety culture construction, this paper suggests a combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators, and combining the theory of extension assessment, the multi-extension assessment model of safety culture in construction enterprises is advanced. According to the structures and levels of the culture, the construction contents and process of safety culture are analyzed, then the two construction models of safety culture are put forward based on that of other industries, this is meaningful to the construction of safety culture in the enterprises.
