The Merger and Reorganization of Hunan Tobacco Company at the edge of the state border runs have come 3 years.Tough the company has got good performance after the merger, it also appeared a lot of problems, which directly affect the company's health sustainable development. In order to make China Tobacco Hunan Company more healthy development, successful implementation of inter-provincial merger in future and going onto the world stage, it is a pressing theoretical issue to settle the research on the merger and integration of China Tobacco Hunan Company.This research applied historical analysis to review the solution on the merger and integration of China Tobacco Hunan Company from the management system, resources,culture and human resources in four dimensions,and analyzes the operating conditions of the post-merger integration.Then we summarized the merger integration implementation of the results and issues,and address the problem with combining the trend of tobacco industry, we raised proposals about the several aspects that China Tobacco Hunan Company still continue to push forward after the merger integration and China Tobacco Hunan Company trans-province merger integration.Through this study, we make clear that the merger and integration of China Tobacco Hunan Company should be considered as a system engineering which need the constant follow-up measures to improve, while,powerful alliances and cultural integration is the key to greater efforts to achieve cultural integration to achieve team synergy, all these will help China Tobacco Hunan Company to solve the remaining issues, while also has theoretical significance for China Tobacco Hunan Company's trans-province merger integration and the other Brothers of tobacco industry to implement merger integration.
