Forestry is an important part of the national economy, which protect the environment through maintaining soil and water, sand-fixing, regulating climate and environmental protection, in addition to providing the necessary large number of national products. Usually, forestry is considered as an independent production sector in the world. While China is a country with poor forestry resources, the whole function of forest ecosystems are very fragile, and the contradiction between the needs of society becomes increasingly intense. In fact, fast growing forest is an effective way to resolve the contradiction. Creating a fast growing forest has advantages. First, it is good for optimization of forestry structure and cultivation and rational use of forest resources. Second, it increases forest resources and enhance the overall function of forest ecosystems. Last but not the least, it is good for the national economy and social development.NanShan forestry project is concrete implementation of the fast growing forest. This thesis first introduces basic situation of ChengSen Company, describing the origin of Nanshan forestry projects, and make the specific research and analysis on the natural conditions of the project. Then, the author analyses of the necessity and significance of project, after forecasting the sales for the project, it puts forward to content of construction of the project. By the feasibility study of the basic theories and methods, the paper makes concrete analysis on the economic benefits of the project, including:estimation of investment projects, financial economic assessment, ecological evaluation and social evaluation and so on. Additionally, financial cost from the perspective of the project, examines the project's profitability, liquidity and other financial conditions, it determines the feasibility of the project. Finally financial evaluation from the break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis perspective, with the effective management, the author proposes the risk prevention measures, which includes:policy security, fire prevention, pest control and forest management and so on. All these provide a reliable basis and reference to control of the key factors during the operation of the project.
