Transfer Rules And The Mechanism Of China's Three Major Tourist Areas To The Qin Inbound Tourism Flow

With the market opening and economic development,the level of inbound tourism have become increasingly prominent imbalance situation between East and West in China.Travel between the eastern and western regions is one of the important issues academic which discussed in the geography of tourism.In this paper,relying on "Chinese inbound tourism flows typical East region-the West mechanism of progressive evolution in space",the National Natural Science Foundation Project(40771058),selected the three eastern tourist areas and Shaanxi Province as the research region,under the guidance of tourist flow theory,diffusion theory,spatial interaction theory and gradient' theory,based on typical regional field survey information and authority of the tourism manager ments over the years,using questionnaires,literature data analysis,statistical analysis,comparative analysis,research methods, Combination of qualitative and quantitative,studied for the characteristics,the law and the mechanism of inbound tourism flows from the three eastern tourist areas to Shaanxi.In this paper,through the competitive state calculation of the annual change in index,geographic concentration index,flow characteristics,transfer state index,transfer and other related elements,have a description for the diffusion characteristics and laws of inbound tourism flows from East to Shaanxi.On the aspects of the transfer mechanism in the diffusion,respectively choose the push-pull theory,the space tourism field effect theory and the strength of economic ties as entry points,then start research and analysis for these,finally catch the following main conclusions:(1)Inbound tourism flows from Bohai Sea region to Shaanxi transfer the highest index of annual changes,and close to 100%; transfer the maximum flow rate and increase significantly;has the highest transfer state index; shows the strong competitive situation,even market share and growth rate are the highest.Based on these,Bohai Sea region is the biggest secondary sources of market of Shaanxi,also is the most stable markets.Yangtze River Delta region gaines the second palace in all of the elements of the indicators.Although Pearl River Delta region gaines the last position in all of the elements of the indicators,it is also one of the most important source market of Shaanxi.(2)As inbound tourists driving force, "novelty and strange,surprise,knowledge" that is the purpose of tourism, push themselves diffuse to Shaanxi; quality rich tourism resources and unique tourism culture have huge attractive for the inbound tourists. Under the common strength, tourism flows from East to Shaanxi Province.(3)Space field between the three eastern tourism areas and Shaanxi takes absolute advantage, form the most three potent entry pole of the passengers, so most of inbound tourists in Shaanxi are from the eastern port of entry. Futhermore, the space distance between the three eastern tourism areas and Shaanxi has the significant relationship with the intensity and level of diffusion transfer, the same as accessibility(flight parameters) that from East to Shaanxi Province.In this paper, process at the time of writing this article, mainly in the following aspects of the innovation:(1)Scale in the study area, broader and more comprehensive reveal the laws, characteristics and mechanism of inbound tourism flows from East to West.(2)This paper basis on the actual research results of the National Natural Science Foundation Project(40771058) which the author personally involved in and visit the typical tourist areas in 2008. The analysis and research that founded on these have more convincing evidence.(3)In the paper, author has amended the model of tourism economic ties which was proposed by the scholars before. At the aspect of parameter "μ" which reflect the accessibility, the author proposes his own idea that flight parameters is a percentage,everyday the number of flights from central tourism cities in eastern areas to Xi'an divided by the number of flights for Xianyang international airport in Xi'an the same day.
