| As fierce competition in the market, more and more enterprises are expected to improve the management level and efficiency, by the introduction of ERP systems which quickly response to customer needs, cut down inventory and production cost, as well as obtain competition strength. However, some enterprises think that ERP is less other than surface, due to the overall effect of ERP implementation isn't remarkable on account of lower success rate. ERP is hard to success for the reason that many enterprises do not use a scientific selection of ERP system. AS the first vital step to ERP implementation, ERP selections determine whether the project success or not.First of all, the author analyzed ERP applications and the development trends at home and abroad, then stated essential issues which include significance, risk, analysis of project needs and traits of ERP soft before ERP implementation. Next, from the point of system selection, the author analyzed the existing problems of system selection, put forward followed principles and processes, combined with example of MeiLing ERP selection. The author also established a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the AHP. Finally, under the research on improving success rate of ERP, the author proposed some mended suggestions . |
