21st century is an era copes with rapid change on living environment. It is also a fruitful period to China for its 20-year-innovation in education. The social value and market value of educational institutes are recognized while educational institutes follow the step of society development, student's lifelong learning and individual development. Making strategic marketing plan becomes an important approach for educational institutes to fulfill their strategic development plans. Developing an appropriate strategic marketing plan is one part of the whole strategic development plan and performs vital support to the strategic development as a whole.By the time with more and more competition and the diversity of demand from students and parents, some educational institutes intend to find a differentiation way by establishing its unique features, segmenting target market and providing customer oriented service systems.The thesis conducts a research on strategic marketing plan on education internationalization by Xiehe Education Group. In the first part, the research introduces the major trend and core value of marketing strategy applied in education field. Then in the second part, the essay provides an analysis on the external environment of international education and the market, general information of Xiehe Education Group and its core competitive capabilities, the history, current situation, opportunity and challenges. After pointing a clear market position, the article raises the strategic marketing plan on Xiehe's education internationalization, the problems occurs in the current period and the suggested marketing methods. At the end, the research draws a conclusion of the plan and notes the possible marketing methods might be taken in next development stage. The contribution of the thesis is not only a feasible action plan towards Xiehe Education Group but also a valuable reference to other educational institutes.
