Strategy is related to a major decision about a business, whether a company can survive and maintain a sustained ability to survive. Technological innovation or business model innovation is the core competitiveness for innovative enterprises. In the actual development phase, the key to the long life of these enterprises is whether they can draw strategies and make timely adjustments for the direction of those strategies according to market changes, and bring into effect.To adapt above reality needs, the aticle puts forward means of sustain profitability and competitiveness of strategic planning and details of strategies for implementation based on analysis of innovative enterprise development environment and the advantages and disadvantages.This article has seven chapters:Chapter 1 describe the significance of strategic planning, the development of innovative business problems, and GLOBE Co.,Ltd. background; Chapter 2 analyse the company external environment, industry environment by PESTL model, and expandable tubular field by the industry life cycle model and the six power model; Chapter 3 analyse the firm's internal resources and capabilities by resource-based theory, and the company strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats by the SWOT model; Chapter 4 propose basic strategic planning model according to the seedtime of company and develop a strategic plan according to the impact factors of stategic planning. Chapter 5 advance how to build and maintain core competencies, and the strategy implementation method of the GLOBE company's innovative business sustainability. Chapter 6 make policy recommendations for further research and conclusions.Innovation of this paper is mainly integrate theory with practice of Shanghai GLOBE company's example, and describe the innovative enterprises how to sustain innovation, adapt market demands and choose or adjust its own development strategy in time according to their own environment and product developmental phase, the characteristics of different products. Of course, it does not analyse detail of the risks, such as financing, human resource, technology imitation, which requires the company make adjustments and corrections strategy according to the actual circumstances.The results of this study is not only a great practical significance to the future development of Shanghai GLOBE, and the innovative technology of private enterprises, but also a management research and practice example.
