The high altitude analogue experiment of aeroengine means that it is a scientific experiment project of using ground equipments to simulate the aeroengine's functions, performances and the indexes of the technology and tactic when the analogue is in the air. This project is a highly integrated and high-risk process of technological innovation.In this paper,we explained the conceptions and characteristics of risk from aeroengine altitude simulation test by useing the project risk management theories and combining with the characteristics of the national aeroengine altitude simulator testing laboratory, and also we presented the basic ideas for building the experimental risk management systems basing on the available quality systems from the decompounds of experiments'frames and analysis of the sorces of risk. So we can make a systematic explain about the analytic methods of the experimental risks,the systems of indexes of assessment as well as the strategies on experimental risks; We designed a informational management software system which acts as a complementary system according to this basis with the analysis and verifications of the typical test. It can bring the test management system get into line with the practical and scientific specifications. This achievement will provide dramatic supports for the strategies on risk of altitude simulation tests,so it is of great importance.At the same time, it is a perfect example for the similar test projects in the aeroengine industry.
