Strategic Study On As Company’s Derivative Development Of Aeroengine

When Aviation industry become a hot spot of Chinese economy and is realizing the great-leap-forward transformation from simple imitation to reaching the world level, historical development opportunities emerge, such as the gradual opening in low air zone. AS company. An important aeroengine-developing enterprise, is reaching the development ceiling.This paper will start from the enterprise external opportunities and threats, as well as its own advantages and disadvantages, exploring that how the AS company broke through the ceiling to achieve fast and good development.By the ways of literature retrieval, interview, specific topic discussion, and so on, based on the relevant theoretical research results, industrial development direction, and the actual situation of enterprise, this paper will use EFE matrix and IFE matrix to input the internal and external key factors of the company; use SWOT matrix to match the information; use QSPM matrix analysis to chose and establish the enterprise strategy. The derivative development strategy is a strategic choice to highlight the core competitive advantages of the company and to grasp the great historical opportunity in the market. It is significantly better than any other diversified development strategies. Based on the practice of the enterprise, this paper will analyses and review the implementation process of this strategy, and make a planning for the strategic implementation and control.At last, this paper will give a brief introduction of feasibility of this strategy, and make a proper prospect of the company’s development after the implementation of this strategy.
